Mountaintop Sea Ministries International is a non-profit Christian ministry with permanent status as a public charity. Captain Bill Schweizer-missionary, is the founder. Our mission is to "seek and save the lost"; help the widows and orphans in Muslim Kashmir(India); and remember the fallen stranger (Matthew 25) by a commemoration and a prayer for grace at the moment of the "awful overtaking".

Remember the Stranger-Letter Regarding Illegal Coverup

Deanna-After a preliminary review of the documents you have sent me it is clear you have purposely witheld key documents from me under my Freedom of Information Act request. By "you" I mean General Icorn and his chief of staff Jack Gregory, the base historian Dr. Jim Young, and yourself.
I am requesting the following documents which I should have been given under my original Freedom of Information Act request and which are missing from the documents sent me and should have been part of these documents:
All weekly progress reports, Northrop YB-49 project-airplanes #1 and 2, engineering division.
Memorandum report no. mcrft-2156 1 September 1948 page 4, 11 refers to "a quantitative report on stability and control on this aircraft will be released in another report." I was not given this report.
I was not given all pages of memorandum report no. mcrft-2156 1 September 1948.
Page 361 was purposely photocopied so that it is unreadable.
See History of Edwards Airforce Base for period 1 January 1950 through 30 June 1950, page 3-other pages missing; page 3 says: "on June 05, 1948 airplane # 2 crashed to destruction on flight # 25(?)-another record shows flight # 27 as indicated on page 1 of this brief. "-another record" not provided

Sincerely,

Captain Bill Schweizer, U.S.M.M.
