Remember the Stranger-Liars and Cowards, Hate Crime
Deanna-I do not have the pictures of the crash site which was the last exhibit of the accident report; I do not have the map of the debris field which was part of the accident report and the inventory of debris recovered; I only have the minutes of the first meeting of the accident investigation committee; I do not have the conclusions of the accident investigation committee; I do not have fire report #1 concerning the crash; I do not have one document written by Captain Edwards or Major Forbes; every key document is missing from what you have sent me and your lie is "no records".
You know from what I have told you Dr. Young-base historian is covering up this crash and not giving you documents and violating FOIA-under the direction of General Icorn and with the approval of others above General Icorn. General Icorn is aware that I have conclusive proof that the crash site I found is the crash site of Captain Edwards and he still refuses to end this coverup. As I told you Dr. Young and his associate have even been to the crash site and say it is not even a crash site.
I am not going to ask you for the third time to respect my Christian ministry and address your correspondence to Mountaintop Sea Ministries, International; and address me as Captain-I am not retired; and it is a blatant lie that I have refused to pay FOIA fees-in fact you owe me money by your sending me duplicates of the same pages in both mailings.
Can you please take this letter and all my correspondence to you and mail to the head person for FOIA in the U. S. Airforce and let me know how to contact him; what the pertinent CFR's are regarding FOIA; what my rights are; and the penalties for people who willfully and knowingly violate FOIA.
I have just returned from Ca. and the crash site where I have been since October. 3 of my crosses were removed; 4 American flags destroyed; 2 info boxes with my prayers and info on crash and other crashes in area destroyed. I restored the above and while I was still there and closeby my main info box was destroyed by a 12 gauge shotgun blast. All this is a very serious hate crime against my Christian ministry. You can read on my website the danger I have been in. As Gandhi said lies lead to violence and the violence is coming from over two years of continuous lies by the U. S. Airforce I have encountered and 62 years of lies concerning the crash of Captain Edwards.
